Who We Are

About OpenBrains.tech

A technical consultancy founded with the mission of applying quality technology to solve the most important challenges of governments, international organizations and civil society in Latin America.

Our Story

Technology for impact.
Since 2010.

OpenBrains.tech was born from the conviction that well-applied technology can transform social realities. Since our beginnings in El Salvador, we have worked with international organizations, governments and civil society organizations to build systems that genuinely change how institutions serve citizens.

Over more than 15 years, we have executed projects in El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Colombia and Dominican Republic, always with the same commitment: clean code, rigorous documentation and genuine knowledge transfer to local teams.

We are a small company with large capabilities: we think like consultants, build like engineers and deliver like strategic partners.

Our Mission

“Apply quality, honest and well-documented technology to solve the most important technological challenges of governments, international organizations and civil society organizations in Latin America.”
